I have had the privilege of knowing Katie over the years through our passions for music. She not only has an amazing voice but a huge heart for those around her. Katie’s love for singing led her to a conference of artists and creatives alike where she found herself harmonizing with a cute boy from Washington. That melody would continue to echo from the shores of Malibu where Michael lived all the way to Katie in San Diego. Over the course of late-night drives along the coast, Skype dates, and endless text messages, Michael made the amazing leap in proposing to Katie on the beach in Malibu.
