It was a real privilege to photograph Kellyn & Taylor’s engagement session! I met Taylor when we were about 12 years old – We played on the same Little League baseball team, went to the same church and climbed Half Dome in Yosemite National Park. He’s been a great friend over the years and I’m really grateful to know him.

       We started out their engagement session at 32 North Brewing Co, one of San Diego’s newest and hottest breweries. Kellyn & Taylor love to stop by this 8,000-square-foot brewery when they’re visiting San Diego because of the laid back atmosphere, great service, and monthly rotation of amazing new beers. From there, we headed down the road to Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve where the trails were perfectly covered with fresh greenery from the recent rainfall.
