Andra frequented the OB Farmer’s Market every Wednesday for months. There she would be sure to visit the crepe stand occupied by Harry friend. Andra had recently returned from studying in Sicily and was eager to be around Europeans and to speak anything other than English. She soon struck a deal with the friend to take French lessons and he invited her to come hang out with him and his best buddy Harry, the Belgian.

       After one hangout with them, Andra realized how attractive and hilarious Harry was! He very quickly won her over with his wit, infectious laughter, delicious cooking and superior crepes. It also didn’t hurt that he had awesome hair and European good looks! Harry found Andra to be strikingly different than other girls and eager to learn everything about his culture. He fell in love with her smile and intelligence.

       Seven years later, in the middle of a hurricane with gale force winds and sideways rain, Harry got down on one knee on a surprise trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. He very cleverly incorporated the storms into his speech, how they would weather together as a couple and their love grow stronger.

       These two love being in OB and going to the beach, surfing, hiking–just being outside. They also like taking trips together to visit other cities in the US and going to Harry’s home in Belgium. They also really love watching Comedy Central together!

       Harry is an entrepreneur and an inventor. He loves building things and coming up with new ideas. Andra loves performing in her career as an actor and be on stage in front of an audience. Family is really important to both of Andra & Harry – they want to build a strong and close family unit similar to the one they both enjoyed growing up in.

       I can’t wait for their wedding and am so grateful to have been invited to photographed Andra & Harry in this incredibly exciting season of life! Cheers to you both!
