Claire and Andrew met in the 10th grade after Claire moved with her family to California from the East Coast. They were paired up as lab partners and began to bond over the challenging experiments in class. One day, Claire brought a peanut butter brownie to school for Andrew, remembering that he had previously mentioned his love of decadent desserts. His interest was piqued.
They spent some time apart when Claire studied in Spain for a month and they emailed each other every day. When she returned, the two dated for the rest of high school and were fortunate enough to both be accepted to Yale for college.
Claire & Andrew enjoy sports and trying out new fun restaurants. In their free time, they like to be active – running, hiking, watersports and skiing & snowboarding. They have a great group of friends and love hosting parties, game nights, and poker tournaments on the weekends.
We had a great time exploring Torrey Pines State Park during their engagement session. I can’t wait to photograph their L’Auberge Del Mar wedding very soon! Cheers!
