It was such an honor to spend the afternoon with Melissa & Ben at this beautiful seaside resort for their L’Auberge Del Mar engagement session. They poured their favorite champagne, Veuve Clicquot, and ran around on the warm sandy beach below. Ben actually grew up in the French countryside and Melissa has a love for Parisian culture, so it was the perfect addition to their sunny engagement session. After moving to San Diego last year, Ben surprised Melissa with a romantic winter proposal and these two have quickly become accustomed to life in Southern California. I am so grateful to have photographed Melissa & Ben in this season and wish them the best with all that’s ahead!
