I had such a great time with Amy & Jason during their Balboa Park Engagement Session! With their appreciation for nature, these two climbed up their favorite windy roots. They enjoy traveling, outdoor sports, and exploring the evolving culinary scene in North Park. Jason proposed in Amy’s home state of Colorado where he convinced her to go on an early morning excursion that led them to the Sunrise Amphitheater in the Flatirons overlooking Boulder. As the sun rose over the horizon, Jason got down on one knee and asked the question!

Amy loves that Jason is a simple guy. A game of corn hole, a nice bike ride, spending time at the beach, or a casual card game is his ultimate idea of spending quality time with family and friends. Jason loves Amy’s smile and eyes – the first things that spiked his interest when they first met in downtown San Diego. She is also very thoughtful, he says, which can be seen with how she continually treats her wonderful family and friends but also seen with how treats those she does not know. I’m so grateful for these two and I can’t wait to celebrate them on the wedding day later this year!
