US Grant Hotel Wedding

Suzan & Jim’s wedding day at The US Grant Hotel was like no other, full of whimsy and rich in love. It’s always so special working at this gorgeous venue that is over 100 years old. The day began in the Presidential multi-level suite on the top floor of the hotel. With views of the San Diego Harbor and Gaslamp District in downtown San Diego, Jim surprised Suzan with her favorite drink to toast as she got ready. The Crystal Ballroom was set with romantic candles, chandeliers, and gorgeous florals by Organic Elements. Suzan had her two sons walk her down the aisle where the couple saw each other for the first time. It was full of happy tears and powerful vows.

Bliss Events brought together all of the details from wine bottles as the guest book, to all of the custom lounge furniture by Concepts Event Design. The reception took place in the Bivouac Ballroom where the cake from Extraordinary Desserts was displayed and live music from Bonnie Foster Productions kept the dance floor moving all night. Side By Side Cinema knocked it out of the park with their video from the day which can be seen here.
