It was a magical day as we celebrated Mikaela & Dave coming together in marriage! Check out their Idyllwild Mountain Engagement Session if you want to get to know these two a bit more before viewing the wedding.  Mikaela and her bridesmaids got ready at the US Grant Hotel in downtown San Diego and this is also where the couple saw each other for the first time. Those images are some of my favorite from the day… a perfect moment.

       We photographed the wedding party at Presidio Park, just a short drive from the wedding venue. Wynn Austin Events orchestrated every detail of the day with stunning event design. Wynn and her staff did an exceptional job throughout the entire process – they really made this special day come alive with their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. Organic Elements designed the incredible bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony details, and reception centerpieces.

       With clear views of downtown San Diego, Coronado Island, and Point Loma, the ceremony & reception took place at Harbor Island Park. Michele Coulon Dessertier made the most decadent pies and a delicious dinner was catered by Sabor de Vida. Live music by Jordan Music Entertainment brought everyone to the dance floor right away when all 200 guests rushed to the dance floor to celebrate Mikaela & Dave! What a day to remember… congrats to these two and what an honor it was to document this beautiful wedding!
